I just got the same text for Black 128 GB, however, when I spoke to O2 Chat about 2 hours ago he said I would be getting it tomorrow?!

Also just got the message - for the 256gb Jet Black

 

Ironically, I also get an email from EE saying that as O2 has disappointed a whole bunch of their customers, is this the time to switch.

 

I think they might be right.

 

How do you get this so wrong EVERY TIME O2?  EVERY TIME?!

 

Im feeling like an idiot for being one of your customers!!
