Just upgraded and went through the sim swapping process with the new 4g sim given.

I now receive an says "enter a valid sim" message.

On site it says " you'll know once it's transferred once your old sim stops working"

It has but the new sim doesn't work as I'm still being asked to enter a sim.. This is a new phone from O2.

Amy advice?

Have you switched the phone off and back on?

@jonsie  Would he have been sent the wrong size sim? We saw this on a recent thread if I remember correctly?

Well you have the right sim. Could you take it out and re-insert then switch phone off and on again?

Any joy this morning? If not contact 202 or call into your local O2 store.

Make sure the sim is in the right way.
