I went in store, three days ago to process my o2 open discount, they
went through the process and I received a message saying 'they'll
confirm eligibility and process request within two working days', it's
gone past that and still no message!
Just upgraded and went through the sim swapping process with the new 4g
sim given.I now receive an says "enter a valid sim" message.On site it
says " you'll know once it's transferred once your old sim stops
working"It has but the new sim doesn't wor...
