Why should O2 (or any other network for that matter) offer an immediate discount on something which is so widely anticipated and massively sought after?
That wouldn't be very good business practice, would it? They will have plenty of customers who are more than willing to pay full price on more expensive contracts for the "privilege" of being one of the first to own a new iPhone.
If you want the latest kit, you should expect to pay full price for it. You can't have your cake and eat it.

Hi
Does anyone know how long it takes for the iPhone 6 sim to kick in once it has had all the iTunes put on etc. Ive just backed up from my old iPhone 4s, but as yet, the iPhone 6 is still showing "no service".
