Community Rewards: July 2023

Hi all,

Every month we reward members who have been extra helpful in the O2 community, those who took their time to participate on the community and that helped keeping it a fun place to be. 

And as we appreciate your contributions to the community, we would like to credit your bill or PAYG balance. These may be applied in groups of 2-3 months so if you haven't seen your reward pop up, but you received a response from me in your messages, rest assured they are on their way. 

Below there’s a list with all rewarded members. If you're on the list, please click my name above and send me a private message with the mobile number you'd like credited, and I'll let you know your reward.

Well im sorry to say I still have nothing missing 3 months. Will it be in my next bill next month?

I got that. Either I had one more missing than I thought or it is the Payment for last month

The Rewards will show in the recent charges section of your bill and can be viewed via your My O2 account ➡️ https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

The credits will appear on your next bill that is generated 👍

My next bill is the 23rd and all my rewards are showing now.

Now you can get to that part of your bill by following this guide Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Not if you are checking your bill via your MY O2 on the PC @Pipstop78
