@ralman

Lots of issues currently.

Try online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Not seen that one for a while @ralman

There are other threads about this on the community.

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/DASH-ERR04-The-account-number-in-the-target-address-is-inv...

There is also this beast (316 posts!) https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/DASH-ERR04-Cant-download-old-bills/td-p/1059754

One post has a slightly different website to use:

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/DASH-ERR04-Cant-download-old-bills/m-p/1403184#M215448

From memory, as it has been a while since this happened for me and I am now on the "new" customer platform, here is what I had to do.

Make sure you are using a browser with no cookies (or use an incognito mode).

Go to the web above (accounts.o2.co.uk) - this may or may not generate a 403 error. If it does delete the accounts part and try again.

Enter your log in details.

On the next page, click the image of a phone in the top left, and then click on your phone number.

When the page loads, click on the view bill link and then choose the bill you want to see.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
