Solved: Visual voicemail

Why do I constantly get "Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up yet. Please contact your service provider for help." messages? How to disable them without enabling visual voicemail?

Go into your phone app and go to settings.

Find visual voicemail and turn it off.

How do I raise a formal complaint with O2?

I can’t login to my o2
