IMG_C55D8A103604-1.jpegJust received this text message, its from UK no number claiming to be from o2, it says my payment is overdue, the payment has been paid by DD a couple of days ago, the account number is wrong but the amount is correct.

All I can say is the phone number is the automatic payment line and I'd genuine.

I think I would double check with O2, as their payment system is having problems at the moment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If it was paid 2 days ago, it probably hasn't 'hit' their system yet.

Follow the advice from @Enlli 

I'd be a bit concerned about the wrong account number though.

I have called o2, the text is not from them, there apparently some issues as they are moving to a new billing system.

 

I have checked my o2 and it says my phone bill is overdue, the payment for that is not due for another 6 day, my o2 page has been messed up for a while, this was do with the upgrade of the website, so I was told.
