Hi @CA04

Unfortunately Israel is not covered by any of our bolt ons. Neither O2Travel or O2 Travel Inclusive.

This means you will be paying standard rates for the Rest Of The World.

Some words of advice:

Use Wifi whenever you can. Keep in touch with people in the UK by Messenger or Whatsapp (Make sure they have these apps )Turn Voicemail off before you travel. It may be cheaper to to buy a local sim.

Hi - is this a joke? Are you seriously unable to roam in Israel for a standard fee per day?

Hi,

I'm currently in Israel and this morning received a text telling me that I can now use my phone here for £6 per day as part of O2 Travel.  The website still does not mention Israel as being included.  Is this new?

Thanks

Chris

I'm fairly confident Israel still is not included in O2 Travel. I'm certainly not aware of any changes to this - but if you could share a screenshot of the message you're referring to @ChrisG1 I can do some further checks on our side.

Looks like standard rates only, @GmanPerth - https://www.o2.co.uk/eu-roaming and https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad both tell the same story for Contract/Pay Monthly phones for Israel.
