Just a quick one.

i went into a local store on 25th October and placed an order for an iPhone 15 pro max 256gb in natural titanium. They asked for a deposit and said I would receive a text when phone is in. I have had no updates yet when I go into store they say people have had their orders early. And on the website it even states my model can be available for click and collect in two days! O2 does not recognise the order ref given to me (states its too long) any advice

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 or go back to the store and ask them to do better!
