I don’t seem to have any signal on my phone. My bill seem to be up-to-date. I can’t make phone calls or receive phone calls. I have Wi-Fi but that’s it. I can’t contact anyone on O2 because I don’t have signal I need this sorted

A good starting check, which is described in the guides referred to, is to check you SIM in another handset ; and to try a PAYG SIM from another network, in your 'phone. 

That will help to isolate if its is a handset issue or a SIM/network issue.
