Problems with o2 Pocket Hotspot connection dropping

Anyone else having issues with this device? 

 

After varying amounts of use (from 5 minutes to 5 hours), the internet connection will drop and can only be restored by bresetting the device and reconnecting to the wireless network.

 

Any solutions? The tariffs are a rip off compared to other networks so this may well prompt me to jump ship.

Im not sure about this. As ive never had 1

Maybe go to o2 shop n spk to the guru there or even CPW as they have a good technical person there and cpw are the main repair center for almost every handset make

in certain places I cant get on the internet at all, yet in other places it is fine.  I did a live chat and was told there was no problem with coverage but I think there is
