Hello

 

I placed an order online for a refurbished i phone I paid the initial deposit and had email for collection from a local store 

I hadn't checked my email so I hadn't seen the  pre contract 

I replied to the email so I believe everything us sorted so could you tell me what's happening please

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

This is a community forum made up of customers similar to yourself so we have no access to sales

Call the 

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
