I've made a total of 5 calls to the o2 cancellation phone line, had 2 promises (repeated confirmations when questioned) that the contract was cancelled, and 4 refunds - due to the continued billing that happened after the initial cancellation. Yet, still, o2 are sending me bills. I've just received another bill of over £50 to be made by the end of the month. I've never even used the sim card - it was part of a virgin media package. So please o2, let me cancel.

@TimPrit

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
