My bill

Anonymous
Not applicable

I don't like talking about what happened to me, but I suffered from an illness. I let a number of bills slip because we couldn't pay the rent and more, and I spent a good 12 months in hospital, then another 6, then another 2.

I am really ashamed of this.

I was cut off and I don't expect it to be back on, I just want to find a way to pay o2 what I owe but I don't know where to start 😞

Sorry to hear you've been ill. You need to speak to customer service. Call them. Don't try to do this via Live Chat.

Hi @Anonymous Sorry to hear about your situation. The first thing you have to do is ring O2 and explain.

They may offer you a payment plan...

First of all im sorry to hear of your illness. This is a member to member forum, and as such cant see your account.

The best place to start is by calling customer services and fu ding out if the account is still with them or pass on to a debt collector. From there you can make an arrangement to clear the debt.

A very admirable attitude to have.
Many wouldn't care these days.
