in September 2023 I got Virgin broadband connection along with that I got O2 sim and I return that sim in 14 day return policy and sim got disconnected and but in my credit report it was showing monthly bill not paid and it was showing defaulter and I raise this complaint O2 customer support and they take all input and told it will resolved but still today it is not resolved and in month of April 2023 I got £173 refunded back to my account I don't understand why they did like this and First of all sending bills is illegal for sim which is de-activated and on top of it they made me defaulter, which is effecting my credit score badly and I am planning put a case on O2 company for this irresponsible behavior
