Hi, any ideas how to keep my phone number when switching 02 pay and go phones? Thanks.

Put your SIM card in the alternative phone.

If the SIM cards are different sizes in each phone you can either use an adapter which is free from the O2 shop or ask an O2 shop to perform a sim swap which moves your mobile number and tariff from one SIM card size to another. The original sim becomes deactivated.

Or if you want to use a different tariff call 4445 and ask CS to swap it for you.
