Hi I just made an order but would like to upgrade it. Do I really have to wait until it arrives and send it back or can I change my order?

It shouldnt do as you havent missed any payments. Technically your just returning an item that you dont want

You would need to cancel the order then wait until the money is back in your account to re order. Your best bet is to go instore & upgrade once your order has been cancelled & your account back to normal

Exactly that above....^^^^^

Once it is en-route you have  no choice. You do have a 14 day cooling off period so will be ok change it as @Anonymous said

OK but if I do that then will it effect my credit rating as multiple credit checks damage it

If you were accepted for the first phone you would not require further checks should you wish to replace it...
