How do you cancel?

Anonymous

Hi folks,

How on earth do you cancel?

Just been kept waiting 37 minutes on the phone to get through to cancellations. (Option 2 I think it was)

Sorry, but I can't sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone.

Would cancelling the direct debit and just waiting for them to write to me be the way to go?

I've got the money sat here to give them.

Cheers

DO NOT cancel the DD - They will just pass your debt on to an agency and you'll get a default on your credit file.

Do not cancel your direct debit. That will cause issues for you.

If yiur moving your number to another network ask for a PAC code. Using that will also cancel yiur contract when the new network uses it.
