As a result of Damien1's quest, no doubt slight_smile
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Let's see if voicemail use will be on a par with pay monthly. Ie comes out of bundled minutes. slight_smile

I'm happy with the better data bundle. slight_smile

Suppose this was inevitable. Although I'm not sure why it is necessary when O2's operating costs have actually dropped 5.1% in the last year wink

I got a text about this earlier.

I am happy about the increase in data and increase in calls for an extra £5 per month, but I am a bit unhappy about the removal of the unlimited texts.

Am I right in thinking that from 29th May we can go online and change our tariff to the new one? My anniversary date is 21st May so I hope I don't have to wait a whole month to change it.

Sounds to me like many may be better off with sim only contract deals.

Does this mean that the O2 pay go go go 'loyalty scheme' tariff (based on the number of months we are with O2) will no longer exist?

Thanks.
