im using nokia N97 no network

with no network,i cant call out or txt people, nor can they call me or txt, please help this old lady who is trying hard to understand it all,,,

But are you on Pay as you go or pay monthly?

If on payg is the phone in credit?

How long have you had the phone?

I would first just try the basics.

Switch phone off/on.

Clean sim card.

If the generic solutions for Network help do not rectify your issue then it may be prudent to have the phone itself checked out.

Some Carphone Warehouses have repair centres in them.
