4G - IT IS A MYTH!!!

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello, it is going to be short... I am over a year with o2. In my contract is that I should have 4G internet. But I have never seen it  during 13 months. I know and totally understand it may be limited on country side, but in Londyn (it is just my thinking) it should work normally...

Presumably you have a 4G phone, a 4G simcard, 4G enabled on your account?

Check the postcode to see if you are in a 4G area.

It may be that you need to call customer service to make sure your account has 4G enabled. Also check in My O2.

There are many factors that can affect your signal. What phone do you have? Do you never get 4G? Even in London the signal won't be uniform, and whether you're indoors or out can affect signal too.

It's still not fully rolled out, and I can vouch it's not a myth as I'm using it to reply to you!

Have u spoken to cs to find out if it's just a case of it not being near you yet, or if it could be something technical that's wrong?

Dial 202 and speak to a cs agent.

I get 4G most places I go these days. Sounds like you don't have a 4G phone.

It would help if the OP came back and explained a little more why he's not getting a 4G signal. @Anonymous have you followed the advice given to you by @jonsie and @Cleoriff?
