What calls are free/not free?

I am on a sim only pay monthly tariff which includes unlimited calls and unlimited texts.  Can you please tell me/give me the link for information on what numbers are free and what are charged as I can't seem to find it.  The calls that I thought were free, I have been charged for.

I usually use sites such as http://www.saynoto0870.com and the various conversion apps available Gemz4the1

Don't forget to disable apps in the SayNo app as they are infuriating at best......

A little poem....

Any calls that are completely free,

Are to numbers beginning 01, 02, 03,

Calls to UK mobiles are free of charge,

Don't ring 08 or 09 numbers,

As your bills might be large!!!
