How do you cancel?

Hi folks,

 

How on earth do you cancel?

 

Just been kept waiting 37 minutes on the phone to get through to cancellations. (Option 2 I think it was)

 

Sorry, but I can't sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone.

 

Would cancelling the direct debit and just waiting for them to write to me be the way to go?

 

I've got the money sat here to give them.

Always works - Don't hang on for more than 5 mins....

0 - said "sorry this option is not available" and then when I go on the thinking of leaving us one it says do not press 0 if you are making a payment
