O2 have sent me the following email as I am unable to use the o2 Active homepage or browser (hotspot browser works fine)

How (and where) do I change these settings?? I have scoured the menus on the 9300 and I can't find anywhere to do it.

In addition, when I try to get O2 settings using the "02 SETUP" option, I just get a text back stating "Sorry, we had problems dealing with your request for settings"

hi, i have the same phone i brought yesterday, where exactly are the settings so i can check mine. because at the moment i can only use the net using wifi, even tho gprs,3g etc is showing in the top right.
Also i have another problem not sure if its the same with you, mine wont let me add a personal email account, it doesnt give me the option, all thats there is the blackberry enterprise server option.
Now ive read up and people say its because i dont have a blackberry data plan but i do they set it up yesterday in the store, and when i log into my account it says its active and ready to use.

Well its just annoying, because they should of setup all this for me when i was in the store, so i could of left the store with it all working, which is what i presumed they had done.
Anyway its still not sorted, so when i got out tonight im going to have to use my iphone instead of my blackberry because i still cant get any email or Internet unless i find a free hotspot.
Oh and when i phoned O2, they told me to take into a store to sort it out, which i found pretty shocking, because surely the people on the phone and the people in the store have the same access to there systems to sort problems like this out.

They just said they should of sorted it in the shop and that i should take it back there.
What do you mean have i done the things that im supposed to do, what am i supposed to do?

im gonna take it back monday anyway, and see if they can sort it, pointless trying to speak to them on the phone

One thing you can do before you visit the store is check that you are on the correct tariff (or have the Blackberry bolt-on). You can do that by looking at My O2 on the O2 website or by sending a text containing the world Balance to 20202. Although you should have had a text telling you about it when you topped up.
If you are on the wrong tariff then phone O2 and ask them to change you to correct one or to add the Blackberry bolt-on.
When you go to the store, get them to show you how to set-up the handset.
