Extreme Order Confusion - what should I do?

Breakdown of the events so far.

Wednesday 20th - Placed order and paid deposit. Received email regarding credit check, would hear back in 24hrs.

Thursday 21st - Hear nothing. I wait.

Friday 22nd - Call o2, put through to credit team, credit check is accepted.

This is where my confusion starts. After my credit check was accepted, I received an email to say that I need to login to my account to see what to do next. I login, there is nothing there. No order confirmation or anything. Then, when I click on my basket, my order is still there! There's a message at the top saying the credit check was passed and the reserve payment has been taken. I haven't received any sort of order confirmation email so I am not sure if I am supposed to checkout again... I am apprehensive to do this as it is asking for reserve payment again, I don't want to pay twice. I have all contract documents and a number beginning with 'NC...' does this mean my order has gone through and I simply need to wait for a dispatch email or something? Has anyone else been in this situation?

Any help would be much appreciated.

O2 is a right mess at present

You will need to speak directly with sales

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

 Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

 Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline or via Guide: A Guide to Skype - best time to try calling is around 08:10am.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
