I initiated an order and had to pay an advance payment of £30, I didnt not complete the order and have now decided to stay with my exiting network provider, how do I get my £30 back!?

If you didn't complete the order your £30 will be put in pending by your bank and will be returned to your account in about 14 days when O2 don't call upon it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
