I have just received a text telling me I have used 80% of my data yet when I check My O2 app It states I still have 3.36GB of my 5GB allowance left!How is that?

Unable to view my bill. Always takes me on a loop to sign in again, then says there’s a problem, then takes me back to my 02. Frustrating. Any ideas?

Resolved! Updating details without original phone

So have just ordered a PAYG SIM. Have logged into my O2 account which was last used 6 years ago. Problem is, that it still thinks I have the phone number from back then, and won't do anything until I use the code it's sent. How should I proceed ?
