i am looking to upgrade my handset so i rather do the old fashion thing i would rather talk to a human being with a voice but so far been on hold 40 minutes if i wasnt thinking of leaving i am now

Hi @Anonymous I have always got through between 8.15 to 8.30am...Maximum time 8 minutes..

I'm unable to cancel! 45 mins hanging on for the call to drop. No live chat. No email.
Unable to get PAC code. Not able to do it during the day as i'm at work!. Ridiculous

Any chance you could ring between 8.15 -8.30 am @Anonymous ? Certainly the best time to get through...

People no wonder are getting frustrated. I'm betting 60-70% of posts these days are about the problems of calling or getting through on live chat. It's unacceptable that a call can just drop after waiting so long.
