I don't want to rain on everyone's parade, and I'm not denegrating the good service that @Cairdeas had, but why do we get so excited when we get good customer service? I'm also not saying that this is specific to O2, but good customer service is something we should have all the time. It really is something that should be the rule, not the exception.

Without a doubt but we normally only see complaints on here so it just brings a little perspective to it. If this is fed back to individuals and everyone gives that little bit extra to get a mention on the community it can only be a good thing.
