Been trying since Monday to get my old number transfered over to my new sim. Keep getting told it should be done,yet I still have someone else's account number and still receiving his calls. Not impressed.

You really should have started your own thread, as your comment isn't really connected to the original post. Are you trying to transfer your number from another network? How have you wound up with someone else's account number if you have a new sim?

Closed my old account and asked to keep my old number. Got a new SIM card sent out with my iPhone 6 which appears to be linked into another account.
