Website bugs or errors

Anonymous

Hi guys,

Some of you have mentioned seeing bugs or errors on specific website pages. As it can sometimes be hard to reproduce bugs, I wanted to set up a dedicated thread to help collect and track any issues you might find. We've set up a weekly meeting with the webdev team to go through any pages which are reported here, so that should get things sorted rather quickly.

In case you do spot something, please let us know here and we'll keep you up to date with what's going on. To find or reproduce the bug/error, it would be helful if you could provide the following information:

Link to page:

Steps to take to reproduce bug:

What the page currently does/say:

What the page should do/say:

Thanks for letting us know and we'll try to get it fixed as soon as possible!

Cheers,
Leonard

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay in updating this thread.

Thank you very much for all of these replies. Today, Leonard and I are compiling them, meeting with the web development team and seeing what we can improve.

Keep them coming though guys.

@Eleckykey, feel free to drop me a PM and I can talk to you about that slight_smile

Hi guys,

Below is an update on a few of the bugs/errors reported already:

- Family bolt-on site journey: The web site journey is being reviewed to see if it can be improved for those wanting to check their bolt-on account

- 'Parents' page link: This appears to be fixed, but alert me if you see an issue

- Bolt-on pages going to the iPhone unlock page: This is due to amended very soon.

- 'Explore' not going to sitemap: This has been changed due to low usage of the sitemap itself. Therefore, the 'Explore' button is used differently now.

- International Traveller Service pages: These are being looked at to see if any additional helpful info can be added.

Many thanks to adamtemp64, perksie, tonytekla1, Eleckykey and fabrizio for your notifications and to everyone else for contributing to the discussion.

If you see anything else guys, post here.

Cheers, Toby

Still refers to the red flag system and not the report content system? (reported this before a long time ago)
