Just a few words to say thanks to the upgrade team for making my recent handset upgrade so painless. I phoned and spoke to one of the team, the phone was sorted along with a better deal on my contract, more of everything for less money per month and a bag of toys foer the phone. That's where it went a little bit wrong, the screen protector didn't fit and the phone wouldn't go in the case, but overall great service.
