Can't believe that O2 have turned off the webmail service! Customer services have just told me this relates to a communication back in 2013 but can't show it to me. Yes I was one of those customers who moved over to Sky so told webmail would continue. Customer Services simply reading a set script but no help. How can I get a divert onto my account to a new email address. PLEASE HELP !!

Apparently it hasn't been turned off? You need to call customer service and refer them to the threads on the community.

Can anyone suggest a good number to call Customer Services on. I have just been in a lengthy 'LIve Chat' with an o2 rep and they ended up giving me 2 telephone numbers to call. I have since tried them and they are both no longer available!

That's where the problem is. I don't have an o2 contract phone and all the contact numbers refer to issues with your phone.

Just choose the option for its about my account. It will give you the land line number to call. I can't look it up at the moment. ...
