i only want to unlock my iphone, when i came across sandie from the e-chat...who refused to help me because i spelt my name in the chat as tanya instead as on the contract tanja...

and as that wouldnt be enough.. the link sent to me to unlock it, doesnt even work....O2 you suck

I just spent a wasted hour speaking to 4 guru's about why ive been charged 80 quid for a 20 pound contract for the last two months. even after copying and pasting my bank statements to them all i got was something about a GED number. customer serivce sucks...02 sucks! im cancelling my contract

If your out of contract then it's obviously down to you if you wish to cancel and give 30 days notice altogether, or via a pac code.

If you look in your My O2 it will give you a full breakdown of what the charges are for.

MMS messages are chargeable and some numbers are not included in allowances.

Never heard of a GED number but I presume it's a number not included in your allowance?
