still cant phone or message

Having lost my phone, I got a new one 2 days ago and got my number transferred to a new sim card. I've get network and internet but I still cant make/recieve any calls or messages. Any ideas how to speed this up? Do I have to call customer services AGAIN?

It can take up to 24 hours to fully activate if it's been more than this then I could give cs a call have you tried turning he phone on and off

When you lost your phone did you get O2 to block your number?  If so, you need to call them to get it unblocked

yes its unblocked, but no its still not working.
