@sandoS

If 0000 isn't working you must have changed it at some point.

O2 will not know what this is and if you can't remember, you will need a new sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You can use your old sim card if previously with O2, or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Thank you for the replies.  I now have another problem, it states that I need to enter my sim pin.

Checking my account it says I don't have a pin set. Someone said a default pin was 0000. I now face being locked out with only 1try left. I did ring O2 but after 30min and finally getting through I was cut off.

I now regret buying from O2.
