My o2 account thinks I'm using an iPhone6s and I'm using a iPhone SE which I do not understand and my tariff also shows up differently. I only upgraded Saturday but it thinks I have completely different tariff and phone

Well I just want to know if it's normal because I don't want to be paying for something I don't have

Hi @Anonymous, it does appear normal. A call to CS 202 should confirm things though if you're still unsure

In view of the additional info you have supplied all would seem perfectly normal.

If it hasn't updated in My O2 by now @Anonymous only customer services can confirm. Give them a call as I suggested last night....they will reassure you hopefully...:smileyhappy:

It has been confirmed that the SE shows as a 6s in MyO2 and that there is an offer of extra data for 6 months, so looks fine to me.

No problem...but if the op is seeking further clarification for their own peace of mind then CS are the people to contact......Smiley Indifferent
