My o2 account thinks I'm using an iPhone6s and I'm using a iPhone SE which I do not understand and my tariff also shows up differently. I only upgraded Saturday but it thinks I have completely different tariff and phone

Hi @Anonymous, it does appear normal. A call to CS 202 should confirm things though if you're still unsure

The iPhone SE does show up as a 6S for some reason on MyO2, it's not just you so I wouldn't worry about that. It also means you could request for it to be unlocked before someone fixes this.
In what way is your tariff different than expected? If it's a refresh contract it may display your device plan separately to your tariff

@Martin-O2 no it isn't it says I have a iPhone 6s and I have 2GB data when I only have 1? And it's definitely my account the same once I've used for four years and I only upgraded Saturday
