I've had my phone for almost a year now and I'm running out of space. Is it possible to upgrade from 32gb to 64gb without doing a full upgrade?

You would need to pay off your device plan and take a new contract.
It would be cheaper to manage your storage though.
Use cloud services for photos and music etc.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Easiest way is to back up your data then remove what you don't want on the phone. No need to buy a bigger memory version

If clearing caches, unwanted apps/music/photos etc. doesn't work try a factory reset. It's a bit of a faff but might clear some space.
