Solved: eSim Pending installation

When I open my O2 App it says "You have an e-Sim ready for installation". I do not want an eSim. How do I get this removed. I have called CS and asked them to remove this prompt which they said the would do but they haven't. I have tried uninstalling the o2 App twice but the prompt is still there. It is not there when I log into O2 on my Laptop it's just on the O2 App on my iPhone. Is anybody able to help me get this removed?

Just ignore it.

It will expire eventually, probably after 30 days.
