It’s not that although I did look on there and it does say there’s work being carried out. This may just be a cop out as I’ve had my phone with me today and have had no signal at all. Wi-Fi came back on when I returned home but still no signal. Is there anyway of contacting O2 without ringing as I don’t have a spare phone to ring.

Customer services just cut you off as apparently they’re having system issues. Was on hold for 15 minutes for a voice finally to answer telling me they had system issues then just cut me off. Looks like another day of no service tomorrow
