internet may not be available on Galaxy S8+

Hi I have just upgraded to a Galaxy S8+ When I try to connect to wifi I am always fetting "internet may not be available"....even though connection is fine.

The poorest 4g ever know, probably ever too be known!

Anyone have any idea why less than 0.5mb a second is even a thing on 4g? I could get that in 1997 on all dial up..... There has too be a loophole to get me out of this contract! Only went with 02 for the Google phone! Clearly there internet is lackin...
