Hello,

I am confused why my sim only tarrif contract, which was initially for a year, renewed for a full year without my knowledge. I was under the impression that it would be a month by month thing not a full year. Now to get out of my O2 sim only deal I have to pay over £100.

This is causing me a lot of anxiety as I can't afford this.

It doesn't renew automatically unless you upgrade again.

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
