You’ve changed my tariff without consent?

I had an upgrade that the shop refused to give me due to lack of the only 2 forms of ID you apparently accept and that order was supposed to be getting cancelled because you can’t change the way I receive the phone for whatever reason and now instead you’ve changed my tariff and everything for a broken phone I can’t use… gee thanks o2! 😡

Hello @SD123

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

Very sorry to hear the difficulties

We don't have access to accounts so to get this resolved you will need to contact O2 customer services

You may find o2 on social media a little better and you can send them a message here;

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Yes, they changed the tariff very conveniently at 20:30pm and due to hold times and closing I was kicked off 202… this is the only place I can post.

Yes, I’d already done this at 17:30ish this evening and they were supposed to be cancelling the order and I wouldn’t be able to start a new order for 48 hours apparently… there was no discussion or agreement to changing my current tariff with them, only the closing of my upgrades order.

@SD123

If it's gone through as an upgrade you have 14 days to cancel FOC.

Do so and go elsewhere.....

@SD123 There are no O2 staff on here.

Try the Social Media links posted

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thanks. Their website sent me here to get help with the issue… pretty pointless then, just more circles. Anyway, thanks for the clarification! 😊
