Sorry we are all customers here

You need to speak to O2 customer services.

Call 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

Best time to call is 8 am.

You can also reach O2 via social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

To speed things up make sure you have a crime reference from the Police, and the only way o2 will provide you with a replacement is if you have insurance..

Also how long it takes depends on the insurance company (again if you have the insurance)..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@EmmaH25

It is often said that if your call has not been answered within thirty minutes, you are likely to have "dropped off" O2's call management system.

Hence, if your call has still not been answered, I suggest that you terminate it. Before calling again, I suggest that you "ping" O2 on social media. Attempting two methods of contact is probably advisable in your predicament ! 👍

you have already been given the contact details by @Enlli !
