No Service since Monday!!!

Had no service since Monday, nobody from o2 replying via twitter or facebook (only methods of contact I have via wifi)
Is there anyone that can actually help and rectify my issue please? Crazy in this day and age!

You say the only methods are social media. Do you have WiFi Calling Active on your phone as that will allow you to call even without a signal
