How can the cost of my device go up over 17% when I ve already got the device ...surely the price will be the same as the purchase date ...this equats to roughly an extra £100 over 2 years ...disgusting! Total rip off

Depends if the device is on refresh where the price of the phone is separate or not.

If separate only the airtime goes up.

If not, it's the total charge. Same for all networks.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Explained here https://www.o2.co.uk/prices

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
