My phone has still not been delivered

Hi,

 

I was offered a Samsung phone which I took up. I was then delivered a IPhone. The phone was then picked up from me more than a week ago and I have provided the Royal mail tracking details to the customer support team. I was then told the right phone will be delivered by 3rd July 2023. I have not received any message since. I have called several times with call center and left a voice mail message. I have not received any call back. I have written a mail complaining and received a mail it will take further 7 days to revert. Can I get a resolution by end of day Wednesday. If not possible please cancel my order and please send me a cancellation of order confirmation.
