Loan

I have finished my data bundle and O2 sent me a text saying that I have to repay a loan of £1.00 and then I have to top up.The problem is that I've just changed my mobile company. What can happen if I don't repay the loan?

All you have to do is call the O2 Top-Up line on 4444 free of charge from your mobile and select the 'Lend Us a Quid' option. The service is free as long as you top up £10 in the next seven days and the £1 is repaid from that top-up, after which a charge of 25p is applied. You can find out more about it in our Terms and Conditions

Knowing o2 they send the debt collectors round and you'll get a ruined credit score.
I'd call cs and see if they will wipe it off rather than ignoring it.

Beggars belief. Chase someone for a £1.00? Makes you wonder where they have the staff to do that with the deficit in other departments....?

The problem is that it's all computer generated and they don't have common sense.
